Bell pepper

Wash potato and peel. Do not rinse after peeling, and cut in small circle shape, not too thick or too thin. Add milk (1-2 cans depending on size of dish) and cottage cheese in a bowl, plus a small amount of ragu for coloration. Cut all onion and bell peper length wise, add to milk mixture, add salt, parsley, butter softened and epice as you would make a bechamel sauce and mix well. When all combine, add potato and mix well adjusting the salt. Grease pan. Add potato mixture in pan, add parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees cook on top rack for 15 to 20 minutes. Check for doneness. If cooked, remove foil and bake for 5-10 extra minutes without foil for top to brown. Be sure to not dry it out. Can be eaten with salad. Enjoy!
