Hello Bethel French SDA Family,
I would like to great you with this verse found in Matthew 6:34 (NIV) ” Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Trust God….One day at a time. I understand this can be hard to do, especially if you are hurting. That is why He has sent His Spirit to help us. His Spirit is our tutor, living inside of us and teaching us to trust God. Take time to be still and learn from him.Listen to His quiet and gentle advice.
Trusting God is something we choose to do. When we are worrying about today and worry about tomorrow, those worries can crisscross in our mind. They create a web of worries that tangle up out thoughts and leave us confused. Don’t get caught in that web. Trust God to take care of you today and tomorrow.
This week we will study the Pentecost!
Included down below are the documents /work for this week (13th Sabbath) and also the lessons (Beginners-Young Adult) for The upcoming week (April 4th)!
13th Sabbath has always been very special Sabbath day for me, growing up I would get new clothes and shoes to wear to church, and a special offering to bring to Sabbath School. I would be so impatient for that day to come and would often mark it down on the calendar on the fridge. I love the mission stories / skits performances, and my favorite part was the reciting of your memorized Bible verse (13 kids, one for each lesson). I felt honored to be picked and practiced often to recite my verse with style and grace. I should also tell you that I was rewarded for not making any mistakes in my performance each time. What impacted me the most is my mother telling me to not just say the verse, but to listen to what God is telling me since he picked that special verse for me and to live by those words. What an Honor it was then! I would like to challenge you all to get dressed in your fine clothes today during church worship hours at home, pick a Bible verse to memorize and make plans to participate in the special offering online! Let’s stay safe and constantly be in prayer mode! Happy Sabbath!
