1 Coconut (whole)
Sour Cream
Evaporated Milk
Condense Milk
Fruit Cocktail (in can)
Cherry (pitted and without stem)
Star Anise Extract

Crack open the coconut, save the water, and remove the thin brown skin from the meat. Rinse coconut meat under cold water, and then the reserved coconut water. Grate or juice your coconut meat. In a bowl add coconut milk (strained), 3 big spoons of sour cream, evaporated milk, condense milk and mix well. Cut strawberries in tiny pieces and add to mixture, along with the fruit cocktail and cherries. Finish with 1tsp star anise extract. Chill and Enjoy!
