Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1 Stick of Butter
4 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 Banana
Oil
Instructions
Separate egg yolk from white. Mix yolk with lemon zest and salt in a small bowl. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and almond extract to the yolk mixture and set aside. In a large bowl Cream butter and sugar then transfer egg yolk mixture to it. Mash banana into a small bowl. Add mashed banana to the mixture. Mix well. Incorporate baking powder to flour and mix well. Add flour and milk to make a dough gradualy into the wet mixture. Rest dough for 1 hr. Spread dough on flat surface with a rolling pin and cut medium size circles will glass. Take an even smaller glass to cut in the center of the circle to give the doughnut shape. Fry on medium heat until golden. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar. Enjoy!
