4 cups boiled rice not well done cook with small salt and no oil
1 cup cashew (noix)
1/2 cup cooked carrots chopped
1/2 cup green bean cooked
1/2 cup green pepper sautee in butter
1/2 cup onion sautee
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup greek olives (seedless) or green olive
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or any cheese
1/2 cup Romano or parmesan cheese
Mix everything together well, sprinkle cheese on top and cook in grease baking sheet for 350 degree for 30 minutes.
