1/2 cup onion pepper cheese tomato
1 can milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Epice
Put all in a bowl and mix well
4 cups oatmeal (quick or instant)
Mix well and leave to rest for 30 minutes. In the meanwhile make a sauce as per usually to accompany rice or any other meals. Fry in shallow oil with spoon on medium high in non stick pan to prevent sticking. The sides of patty will be brown and ready to flip. After completely cooling off brush/or quickly deep with sauce careful to not make soggy. Enjoy!
