Ingredients:
4 cups Boniato sweet Potato
1 pinch Powder Clove
1Green Plantain
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 can Evaporated Milk
1/2 Stick of Butter
2 tbsp Vegetable Crisco
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Pinch of Salt
Lemon zest
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Ginger
3 ripe Banana

Instructions:
In large bowl cream butter, crisco and sugar. Grade sweet potato and add all ingedients except ginger and banana. Mix well. Mash banana with a fork, add ginger and put everything (both mixtures) in a pan to cook. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes, scraping bottom of the pan often to prevent potatoe mixture from sticking. When well cook, put mixture in greased pan with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Insert fork in bread/pudding to check for doneness. When fork comes out clean/dry it is done. Enjoy!
