Ingredients:
4 Bell Peppers (2 green and 2 red)
3 Onions
2 pack Green Onion
1 head of Garlic
2 Celery Rib
1 bunch of Parsley
3 pack Sin Achiote Sazon
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1 Lemon or 1 tbsp Applecider Vinegar
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Chicken Wings

Spice (Epice) preparation:
Fill a large bowl halfway with water. Place Bell peppers, onions, parsley and green onions to soak for 2-3 minutes. Rinse the vegetables. Cut peppers, onion, parsley and green onions into medium size pieces to blend. Puree in 3 different sessions each time adding a pack of sazon, and 1 tbsp of oil. Store in plastic container with lid.

Wings directions:
Wash chicken wings and cut into 3 pieces. Marinate with spice (epice) preparation from above. Do not add water to pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove oil and put chicken in the oven until done. Mix in a small bowl, bbq sauce, honey, cayenne peper and lemon. Pour over chicken. Enjoy
